Marla Cross — Basics of Writing for Publication in Periodicals
Marla Cross will be presenting this seminar from her thirty years of experience as both writer and editor. It is designed to equip the freelancer with the fundamentals needed to prepare an article or short story to be accepted for publication.
Don Hart — Short Story
Don Hart is a former USAF officer and commander of the 2750th Hqtrs Squadron and 661st AFB at Wright –Patterson AFB. His writing specialty is the short story. Don is a mnemonics instructor for University of Dayton Lifelong Learning Center and is a partner in Four Cats Publishing, LLC.
Lisa Stokely — Writing a Script for the Stage
Lisa Stokely is an attorney in Beavercreek. Lisa has been involved with the Beavercreek Community Theatre (BCT) for over a decade and has produced multiple youth productions for BCT. As a result of her experiences with youth on stage, Lisa has written her own stage play for youth currently being considered for publication. Lisa has written several other screenplays.
Colleen Green — Time Management
Colleen Green is the author of Last Words, a suspense/romance novel. She is writing a sequel to her first novel. She has a full time job in printing and also writes. She will talk about managing your time to maximize your results.
