I created two versions of cranberry stuffing. Each use Stove Top Stuffing as the main ingredient.
Version 1 Cranberry Orange Stuffing
- Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing 6 oz. box
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 tbsp. orange peel
- 4 tbsp. stick butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Boil water, butter and sugar in pot.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved and butter melted.
- Add stuffing, cranberries, and orange peel into boiling water.
- Keep on medium high until the cranberries start to pop while stirring occasionally.
- Once the cranberries are all popped take off heat, keep the lid on and let sit for five minutes.
- Fluff with fork and serve.
Version 2 Cranberry Granola Stuffing
- Stove Top Turkey Stuffing 6 oz. box
- 3/4 cup cranberries
- 1/2 tbsp. orange peel
- 4 tbsp. stick butter
- 3/4 cup granola raisin cereal
- 1 1/2 cup apple juice
- Boil apple juice and butter in pot.
- Add stuffing, cranberries, granola cereal, and orange peel into boiling water.
- Keep on medium high until the cranberries start to pop while stirring occasionally.
- Once the cranberries are all popped take off heat, keep the lid on and let sit for five minutes.
- Fluff with fork and serve.
