Cranberry Orange Stuffing & Cranberry Granola Stuffing

I created two versions of cranberry stuffing. Each use Stove Top Stuffing as the main ingredient.

Version 1 Cranberry Orange Stuffing

  • Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing 6 oz. box
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 tbsp. orange peel
  • 4 tbsp. stick butter
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  1. Boil water, butter and sugar in pot.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved and butter melted.
  3. Add stuffing, cranberries, and orange peel into boiling water.
  4. Keep on medium high until the cranberries start to pop while stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the cranberries are all popped take off heat, keep the lid on and let sit for five minutes.
  6. Fluff with fork and serve.

Version 2 Cranberry Granola Stuffing

  • Stove Top Turkey Stuffing 6 oz. box
  • 3/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 tbsp. orange peel
  • 4 tbsp. stick butter
  • 3/4 cup granola raisin cereal
  • 1 1/2 cup apple juice
  1. Boil apple juice and butter in pot.
  2. Add stuffing, cranberries, granola cereal, and orange peel into boiling water.
  3. Keep on medium high until the cranberries start to pop while stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the cranberries are all popped take off heat, keep the lid on and let sit for five minutes.
  5. Fluff with fork and serve.

Happy Thanksgiving!
